HHH website is an advertising platform providing software that allows interested users to promote their properties for sale, rent or other. The advertisers have full responsibility of their listing entire content and HHH is only responsible for advertisements listed by HHH and its subsidiaries.
The HHH website offers a unique advertising platform which allows members to advertise their property/properties for sale or rent and set their own affordable rate and limit property rentals to like-minded or people they know. HHH subscribers have the option to list their properties and limit rentals to a select group of people, work colleagues, social network, friends, family, online community thus taking control of who rents or buys their property. Advertisers have the option rent to the wider public, it is the advertiser’s or owner’s choice and all is in their control and total responsibility.
HHH collects advertising fees for listings and provides the platform and spaces for subscribers to advertise their properties which do not have anything to do with HHH business. HHH is not responsible for checking the correctness and validity of the content nor the rightful ownership of the property. Transactions between the advertiser and buyer or renter have nothing to do with HHH and are done amongst parties at their own discretion and final agreement. Renters and buyers must do their own due diligence before concluding a transaction with each other.
